Created by independent bottler Highfern—founded by Robert Ransom, formerly of Glenfarclas—this blended malt brings together carefully selected Speyside and Highland whiskies. Inspired by the legend of the “angels’ share” (the whisky lost to evaporation during maturation), it imagines what those elusive angels might be sipping. Expect a sweet and approachable dram, offering notes of orchard fruits, vanilla, and citrus, gently balanced by Highland heather and a touch of warming spice.
