Matured in a blend of ex-Bourbon and ex-Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at 50% ABV without chill-filtration, this expression offers aromas of sea spray, Islay peat, and dark chocolate. The palate brings fresh fruits and bonfire smoke, finishing with a zesty hint of smouldering embers.
