Bottled at 53% ABV and matured in a mix of refill and freshly charred hogsheads, it showcases the region’s signature character with a medium body and long, gently warming finish. The nose is clean and fresh with subtle medicinal notes, soft smokiness, and hints of pastry and laundered linen, while the palate opens sweet and smoky, developing with touches of salt, light acidity, and lingering spice. A distillery exclusive that captures the essence of Islay.
