The Clynelish 16 Year Old Four Corners of Scotland is a rare Highland single malt, originally released to celebrate the transformation of Clynelish’s visitor centre and its role as a cornerstone in the Johnnie Walker blend. Matured in selected American oak hogsheads and bottled at 49.3% ABV, this distillery-exclusive release is notable for its waxy character and refined complexity. The nose reveals gentle notes of waxed cotton and snuffed candle over a moorland base, while the palate is silky-smooth with a honeyed sweetness balanced by tropical fruit acidity. A lingering finish offers gentle ginger warmth and a lightly drying touch.
