This Premium Spiced Rum is hand-crafted in Devon, blending exotic Caribbean rums with pure Devonian spring water, aromatic spices and fresh citrus zest. Bottled at 40% ABV, it offers rich aromas of charred orange peel, smooth caramel and hints of cardamom, leading to a complex palate of cinnamon, star anise, citrus zest, maple syrup and peppercorn. Crafted without vanilla for a drier, less sweet profile, it is perfect served on the rocks, with classic mixers, or as the base for your favourite rum cocktail.
