60116 326512Since 1897, Glen Moray has been crafting single malt whisky in Elgin, Speyside, with a passion for exploring the influence of wood on flavour. The Smoky 12 Year Old is distilled from peated barley to introduce subtle bonfire notes, then matured in a combination of American and European oak casks. The result is a balanced dram offering aromas of gentle smoke, vanilla, and orchard fruits. On the palate, caramelised apples and baked plums mingle with peaty undertones and oak, leading to a long, warming finish of smouldering embers and soft tannins. Bottled at 46.3% ABV.
