This rare expression features a unique combination of Mizunara oak, known for its scarcity and high cost, and superior Oloroso sherry casks. The result is a rich, complex whisky presented at 50% ABV, with natural colour and non-chill filtration. The nose offers heather honey, dried orange peel, and crystalised ginger, while the palate delivers baking spices, dried blood orange, grilled honeycomb, cocoa, poached cinnamon apples, and fig syrup, all balanced with pecans and demerara sugar.
