Matured in rare Scottish virgin oak barrels and classic Oloroso sherry casks, this expression delivers a harmonious blend of dark chocolate, nutmeg, and citrus fruits, with aromas of mocha, honeycomb, and spiced red berries. On the palate, heather honey, citrus, and baking spices lead to gingersnaps, poached orchard fruits, and a lingering mocha-vanilla finish. Bottled at cask strength (58.2% ABV), with natural colour and non-chill filtration, it celebrates local provenance, innovation, and the artistry of whisky-making.
