Single Cask #9339, aged 11 years in a Red Wine Hogshead at 61.8% ABV, reveals a polished rose gold colour. The nose offers candied almonds, sugared fruits, honeycomb, blackcurrant, butterscotch, and ginger. On the palate, mocha and maraschino cherries are followed by brandied orchard fruits, baking spices, orange zest, and subtle bramble and hazelnuts, showcasing the cask’s distinctive character and provenance.
