Crafted by Dr. Bill and his Whisky Creation Team, selected parcels of matured Signet undergo an additional 12 months of aging in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, deepening the whisky’s complexity and richness. Originally inspired by a desire to explore Glenmorangie’s richer flavour profile, Signet is crafted during a dedicated week each year, with its espresso-like spirit aged in bourbon, sherry, and virgin oak casks, resulting in a whisky of remarkable depth and complexity.
