A tribute to Ireland’s agricultural and distilling heritage, this triple-distilled whiskey is matured in American Oak Bourbon barrels and made from 100% Irish barley. It offers a nose of zesty spice, black pepper, and peaches, followed by a palate with Pot Still spice, dark chocolate, and bourbon oak. The finish is smooth with oak and butterscotch notes, bottled at 40% ABV for a well-rounded, award-winning whiskey.
