Kanpai Hana Yuzu Fruit Sake is a fresh and fragrant junmai sake infused with real Japanese yuzu, a citrus fruit with a unique flavour reminiscent of lemon and mandarin. Part of the premium Hana (“flower”) series, it is carefully brewed low and slow in London before being blended with the finest pure yuzu juice from Japan. Light, juicy and clean with a zesty finish, this 14% ABV sake is sunshine in a bottle – perfect enjoyed chilled over ice or mixed into a refreshing cocktail. Bottled in 37.5cl.
