The Kilchoman 100% Islay Sherry Cask Matured 11 Year Old is a rich, full-bodied single malt crafted from barley harvested in 2011, 2012, and 2013. Matured entirely in 16 first-fill Oloroso sherry butts from José y Miguel Martin, Jerez, this release showcases deep notes of dark fruits, spice, and smoked meat. Bottled at 50% ABV without chill-filtration or added colour, it offers a bold contrast to the lighter, bourbon-matured 100% Islay expressions. 70cl | 50% ABV.
