Kilchoman Loch Gorm 2025 Edition is the first release of Loch Gorm aged for over 10 years in Oloroso sherry butts. Crafted from a selection of 23 casks—20 first-fill and 3 refill—this Islay single malt delivers rich layers of caramelised custard tart, roasted coffee, and candied ginger on the nose. The palate unfolds with honey-roasted figs, cloves, and sticky toffee pudding, balanced by smoky hints of barbecued bananas. A lingering, savoury finish ties together earthy peat smoke and sherried depth, making this a standout expression of Kilchoman’s signature style.
