Named after Islay’s most spectacular beach, Machir Bay is a uniquely complex whisky, matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and oloroso sherry butts. As Production Manager Robin Bignal notes, it achieves a beautiful balance of vanilla, smoky butterscotch and rich fruitiness, creating a truly unique Islay dram.
