Product Information
The King’s Inch 8 Year Old exemplifies a bourbon and sherry cask vatting crafted specifically for a younger age statement. Made from west coast barley with narrow cut points in the distillation, and aged in fresh (some might say wet) casks, this whisky boasts a deep and evolving character. Despite its 8 years, it has the profile and complexity to rival any 16-year-old malt. 1 of 1,500.
Colour: Golden with a hint of amber.
Nose: Rich and soft, with notes of heather honey and a subtle kick of spiced oak and citrus.
Palate: Subtle sweetness, tropical fruit, and dried raisins lead into spiced oak and ginger.
Finish: Spiced ginger lingers on the palate, finishing with a warm and long-lasting sweet chilli note.
