Full of sweet, fruity character, DOOCOT is light, intensely fruity, floral and complemented by a rich colour coming from the high quality casks it has matured in. This new flagship single malt has enjoyed a longer maturation in cask, maintaining balance and developing complexity.
Nose – soft, sweet and floral, with banana cake mix alongside tropical notes.Palate – pineapple syrup, summer berries and a hint of rhubarb.Finish – kiwi fruit and citrus zest.
