Matured in a combination of sherry and bourbon casks, this gorse-yellow whisky offers a fragrant nose of ripe florals and aromatic wood spice. The palate reveals delicate heather notes intertwined with soft peat smoke and subtle nutty undertones. Bottled at 48.2% ABV, non-chill filtered and with no added colour, it is a vibrant expression of Islay’s natural character.
