Sazerac Straight Rye is a 6-year-old American rye whiskey distilled in Kentucky and crafted by the Sazerac Company. Named after the iconic Sazerac Coffee House in New Orleans, the birthplace of the classic Sazerac cocktail, this whiskey pays tribute to its rich heritage. Aged in new charred oak barrels, it offers a sweet and spicy nose with notes of stem ginger, orange zest, and black pepper. The palate is thick and warming, featuring Seville orange marmalade, allspice, peanut butter, toffee and hints of barrel char. It finishes with a smooth, oily spice, making it ideal for classic cocktails or sipping neat.
