Product Information
The Seven Sons range is a collaborative effort led by John Ramsay and the 8 Doors Distillery team, as they anticipate the launch of their own single malt. This particular expression has been aged in Refill Sherry Hogshead casks and is presented without chill filtration, retaining its natural colour. On the nose, expect aromas reminiscent of custard tart, riesling, porridge, and honey. The palate offers sweet custard, banana, light citrus, hay, walnut, and a subtle oak spice, with water enhancing the experience. The finish is medium to long, with lingering oak spice and a hint of acidic sweetness.
