Product Information
Founded in 1830, Talisker Distillery, located on the Isle of Skye, is known for its peated whisky with a distinctive peppery character. Rarely seen as an independent bottling, Talisker is a favourite among whisky enthusiasts and was even the preferred malt of Robert Louis Stevenson.
Nose: Rich and fruity with Victoria plums, dried orange peel, butterscotch, and a hint of smoke.
Palate: Starts sweet, then becomes more assertive with smoke, coal-tar, and toffee.
Finish: Medium length with a warming chilli ‘catch’.
