Tri Carragh Tamnavulin 12 Year Old is a single cask Speyside whisky, distilled in 2011 and finished for nine months in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead. Bottled at 56.8% ABV with an outturn of just 314 bottles, it offers aromas of chocolate ganache, lemon icing, and soft floral notes. The palate reveals chocolate orange, gentle tannins, and peppery spice, becoming creamier and sweeter with a touch of water. A rich and indulgent dram that perfectly balances sweetness and depth.
