Distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2023 at 54.2% ABV, this expression was matured for 15 years in oak casks before spending a final three months in a smaller octave cask, intensifying its character. Only 79 bottles were produced. The nose reveals cinnamon, orange peel, dark chocolate, red apple skins, and tropical fruit. The palate follows with vanilla, caramel, Bakewell tart, pecan, nutmeg, and oak char, while the finish lingers with gentle spice and glazed cherries.

Nose – Pot Still spices with rich cooked fruit, baked apple, mango and black cherry. Hazelnut and a touch of new leather fuse with toasted American Oak.
Palate – A mix of ripe fruit sweetness from the Marsala seasoned wine casks. While the fruit remains, sweet red pepper and cracked black pepper add some spiciness, finished by notes of American Oak and barley.

Expect a nose of fruit loaf, toffee apples, and cinnamon pastries; a palate full of juicy raisins, rich fruit cake, and cacao; and a sweet, spicy finish with lingering notes of candied ginger.

Nose: Barley sugar and delicate florals, with apple crumble and custard.
