Wolfburn The Last Keeper 10 Year Old (70cl, 46% ABV) is a limited-edition single malt crafted in partnership with the documentary film The Last Keeper, which honours Scotland’s rural keepers and supports the Shepherds of Wildlife Society and the Gamekeepers Welfare Trust. Fully matured for a decade in hand-selected second-fill Oloroso sherry casks, it offers soft sherry sweetness on the nose with figs, raisins, vanilla and oak. The palate is bold and sumptuous, with layers of chocolate, dark fruits, caramel and gentle spice, while the silky finish lingers with dried fruit and caramel. Non-chill filtered and natural in colour, this release is both a milestone and a tribute.

The spirit was matured exclusively in second-fill Oloroso sherry casks, carefully selected by the distillery. The whisky spent a full ten years maturing in Spanish sherry oak, resulting in a pleasantly sweet and luxurious flavour profile. This release serves as a fitting tribute to the mastery, devotion, and patience of Wolfburn’s accomplished master distillers.
NOSE: Soft sherry sweetness melds with figs and raisins. There’s a lovely hint of vanilla and oak present too.
PALATE: The depth of flavour is tremendous. Bold chocolate and dark fruit flavours abound, with overtones of caramel and vanilla, all accompanied by gentle hints of nutmeg and oak smoke.
FINISH: Silky tannins make for a beautifully textured finish; there’s a residual sweetness with dried fruit and caramel flavours lingering to the very end.

NORTHLAND – The smooth and warming flavours present in Northland come from the unhurried way in which the spirit is made, and from the maturation, which takes place in American oak quarter casks. Matured and bottled on site, Northland represents the first chapter in the history of Wolfburn.
AURORA – A beautiful sherried whisky is made from spirit laid down in a combination of bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks. Benefitting from long fermentation and slow, gentle distillation, the spirit is laid down on site in our purpose-built warehouses. At the end of the maturation process the casks are brought together to create an exceptionally smooth and perfectly balanced dram.
MORVEN – This lightly peated whisky is made from malted barley infused with smoke during the drying process. It’s a reflection of history – the original 19th Century distillery was largely fired by peat. Gentle distillation is followed by maturation in our purpose-built warehouses. The result is a beautifully smooth and rounded whisky.
LANGSKIP – A sweet, balanced and beautifully easy-drinking dram, Langskip’s strength is matched only by its smoothness.
