Method
Add All The Ingredients Except The Soda To A Shaker, Fill Two Thirds Of The Way Up With Ice And Shake Hard For 20 Seconds, Fill A Glass With Ice, Strain The Mixture Into The Glass And Top With Soda Water. Add A Shard Of Fresh Ginger And A Slice Of Rhubarb.
