The flagship expression from Wolfburn, this 12 Year Old single malt is matured in equal parts second-fill Oloroso sherry butts and ex-bourbon casks. The result is a smooth, richly flavoured whisky that perfectly captures the distillery’s character. On the nose, floral and sweet notes meet gentle peat smoke. The palate reveals layers of honey, burnt sugar, and soft spice, balanced by sherry sweetness. The finish is long and warming, with lingering dried fruit and caramel. Non-chill filtered and natural in colour.
