Midleton Very Rare 2025 is a milestone Irish whiskey, blending six distinct distillate styles for the first time in the collection’s history. Master Distiller Kevin O’Gorman selected three unique grain whiskeys, including rare 21- and 22-year-old expressions matured in refill American whiskey barrels, paired with a higher pot still content for added depth. The result is a rich, complex whiskey with notes of caramelised apple, vanilla, honeycomb, orchard fruits, and warming spice. Aged in the historic A2 Warehouse, this release offers a long, elegant finish of oak and pot still character.
