Product Information
Sanaig, named after an inlet on Islay’s rugged Atlantic coast, is a vatting of both sherry and bourbon casks. The high proportion of Oloroso sherry cask maturation creates a distinctively rich, fruity character balanced with citrus, caramel and peat smoke. Rich layers of dark chocolate, honey, festive spices and ripe fruit infuse with Islay peat smoke and classic Kilchoman citrus sweetness.
